Teldata Warehouse Return Policy
You can return any Teldatawarehouse.com order (with the exception of special order items) within 30 days of its shipment for a full refund/exchange or store credit (See details below).
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on Special Order items!

- Fiber Optic Cables
- Special length, pre-cut cables
- Pre-programmed telephone systems
- Pre-programmed data switches
Items subjected to 20% restocking fee:
- Telephone Systems
- Business Telephones
- Data Switches
- Routers
- PoE (Power over Ethernet) Injectors
- Conference Phones
Pre-Programmed System Returns
Pre-programmed systems have been unpackaged by Teldata Warehouse for programming and cannot be sold again as new. These systems are subject to a $400.00 Return Fee and must not have been installed at the customer’s site. The complete system must be returned to Teldata Warehouse using the procedures listed below in it’s original packaging to include: all manuals, software, and brochures. All licenses that accompany the system purchase are non-refundable, by policy of Manufacture.
Accepting a Return
For any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition for a refund or exchange less the original cost of shipping. All items or packages shipped free of charge will be subject to a $25 service fee. If the unit or cable has been installed it can no longer be returned. If product is not returned in its original manner including boxes, manuals, or original container the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped back in a shipping carton. Items cannot be shipped back with original product boxes; they must be placed in shipping carton. Return Procedures
To return an item purchased from teldatawarehouse.com, follow our three step process:
- Call (866) 789-2748 (option 3) for a Return Material Authorization Code. We will email you a RMA slip with your RMA # on the form. Write the RMA # that is listed on the form sent on the outside of the shipping container, not the product packaging, that you are shipping the product back to us in (i.e. RMA # XXXXXXX).
- Place all the original packaging in the box, including the instruction manual and all accessories. Enclose return slip
- Ship package in a shipping carton insured to our return center using a shipper of your choice. Items must be received in a resalable condition. If items show signs of use or wear, including original boxes items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are damaged are non refundable.
*Refunds can take up to three weeks to complete and will be applied to the method used for payment. Original shipping amount will not be refunded. A $25.00 service fee will be charged on all items shipped free of charge.
*Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within 21 days.
*Any unauthorized products (Items not having a valid Teldata Warehouse RMA #), improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been, scratched, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. |
